Dodged the Bullet Poker Ride
Posted July 28th, 2008 by adminIt's better to have an ex-fiance than an ex-wife so come help me celebrate not being married.
Get your bike ride on. We'll be hitting up five bars all over the city. The idea of the poker ride is that you throw down $1 as your buy in to get your first card at the Good Foot (2845 SE Stark Street, Portland, OR).
We'll stop at four more bars all over the city and you get an additional card at each stop. At the end of the night the person with the best poker hand wins the pot. The ride ends at my house and there's a keg of homebrew.
Dr. Doom in the news

Dr. Doom got himself written up in the paper in Durango. You may remember Doom from him days in Portland when he won the first NOISE and took home the belt he made.
Soil Saloon April
Posted April 15th, 2008 by billyspacemanMore carnage than ever, seems that the nice weather opens up people’s inhibitions as much as their throttles in the lust for speed. Many dirt tumbles in the pursuit of certain and irrevocable glory, and only one broken bone. Thanks one and all to all of our brave challengers who had the innards to brave the attack of the Banditos of Logville, wrestle the invincible and irreprehensible El Chupacadena Libre, and woo the uber-feminine wiles of the legendary and infamous Tequila Girls.
Soil Saloon Muthah Fuckah!!!!!!!
Posted March 13th, 2008 by billyspacemanSunday Mornin' Comin' Down
Some people go to church on Sundays. Some people go to the bar. Some people sleep in and snuggle with their significant other. But the most interesting and exciting people go to Golden Gate park with their bicycles and belly-up to the Soil Saloon, San Francisco's premier unsanctioned, unregulated, and otherwise unlawful Off Road Dirt Criterium.
Sunday, March 9th was the second installation of this burgeoning series that threatens it's participants with fun, prizes, and for some: CERTAIN AND INEVITABLE GLORY.
